IVU Project Conference 2023

Exchanging ideas and learning from each other: this year's hybrid project conference once again connected our teams and locations. An exciting keynote by Kai Paulsen was about how we can be more careful with our attention and save time, energy and money in the process. In addition, our colleagues from different projects were able to share their knowledge and experiences on processes, methods and skills.

It was a great opportunity to get exciting insights into ongoing projects and to work together in interactive workshops in small groups. This is how we become even better together!
